ALMOND POWDER

 Almond powder is a staple in my freezer. Just put a Tbsp. or 2 into curries, marinades , payasams to thicken and condense it.

INGREDIENTS
  1. 1 cup almonds , skin on(need not roast)
METHOD
  • Put the almonds in a mixie and pulse it into powder.


  • Do not pulse it for a very long time. The oil will  come up and the powder will start to cake and it will become a paste rather than powder.
