PICKLED ONIONS
This is my new favorite , must have , for chicken biriyani.
RECIPE
- 1/2 of a medium sized onion , thinly sliced.
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
- 2 tsp oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- salt to taste
METHOD
- Slice the onions really thin. I use the slicer in my food processor.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Keep in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before serving.
