PICKLED ONIONS



pickled onions , salad for biriyani,
This is my new favorite , must have , for chicken biriyani.


RECIPE
  1. 1/2 of a medium sized onion , thinly sliced.
  2. 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
  3. 2 tsp oil
  4. 2 tsp lemon juice
  5. salt to taste
METHOD
  • Slice the onions really thin. I use the slicer in my food processor.






  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.





  • Keep in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before serving.
