CHOCOLATE FROSTING
This has been my go to , chocolate frosting. Found this on the back of the hershey's cocoa powder tin.

- Butter - 1/2 cup(1 stick)
- Unsweetened cocoa powder - 2/3 cup
- Powderered sugar - 3 cup
- Boiling water - 1/3 cup +2 tbsp.
- salt - 1/4 tsp plus more as per taste
Method
- Beat the butter along with the salt using a cake beater, until soft.
- Scrape the sides of the bowl.
- About two cups of frosting.
Notes
- The recipe calls for vanilla essence but I don't use vanilla essence if the cake or frosting call for 1/4 cup or more of cocoa powder.
- The frosting can be kept outside for upto 4 days.
