CORN SALAD FOR SALMON FISH CAKES
Pairs well with salmon fish cakes. INGREDIENTS
- 100 gms. frozen corn
- 60 gms. onion chopped
- 1 tomato
- coriander leaves chopped
- 1 green chili deseeded
- salt to taste
- lemon juice
METHOD
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Put in the corn. Bring to a boil and drain.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
NOTES
- Cooking the corn in boiling water really brings out the yellow color while making it softer as well.
