CUCUMBER SALAD
Cucumber salad is a refreshing addition to any dish, bringing a crisp texture and light, cooling flavor that perfectly balances richer foods. Use it for chats, for fish, alongside chappathis, or just add peanuts and have it as a wholesome snack.
INGREDIENTS
- 150 gms. cucumber, chopped
- 50 gms onion, chopped
- 100 gms tomato, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice plus more as per taste
- salt to taste
- 2 tsp chopped cilantro or parsley
- 1 green chili, seeds removed and chopped
- Chop everything. I have used a chopper for doing that.
- Mix everything together in a bowl and keep aside for at least 30 minutes before serving.
