CORN SALAD FOR SALMON FISH CAKES

 


Pairs well with salmon fish cakes

INGREDIENTS

  1. 100 gms. frozen corn 
  2. 60  gms. onion chopped
  3. 1 tomato
  4. coriander leaves chopped
  5. 1 green chili deseeded
  6. salt to taste
  7. lemon juice 
METHOD
  • Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.  Put in the corn. Bring to a boil and drain







     
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.  









NOTES
  • Cooking the corn in boiling water really brings out the yellow color while making it softer as well.
