CHRISTMAS LANTERN

This is Pinterest inspired.I already had a big candle holder. Made a papercut of  the parchment paper, secured it around the candle holder.Placed it on a berry christmas garland and lo, you have a beautiful Christmas Lantern.

MATERIALS REQUIRED

1. Cylindrical glass lamp
2. Parchment Paper
3. Christmas garland
4. String of mini lights
5. Glue Stick
6. Scissors
7. Pencil
8. Xacto knife

METHOD

• Draw the village silhouette on the parchment paper with a pencil.I looked up the Christmas village drawing on the internet.
• Cut out the christmas village using the tip of a Xacto knife.
  
• Wrap the cutout around the lamp. Secure the ends with a glue stick. The parchment paper with stick only with a glue stick .Liquid glue or glue gun will not work for parchment paper.
  
  
  
  

• Insert the mini lights into the lamp and place it on the berry garland.
  
  
  
  

• You have a nice christmas lamp.
